I am aware and acknowledge that the Christmas Music Program at King's Church Las Vegas on Sunday, December 12, 2021, will be live streamed on King's Church's website, FaceBook, and YouTube channel. I acknowledge that pictures and/or videos of my child(ren) may be taken while participating in this event. I also acknowledge that pictures and/or videos may be posted to our social media, website or YouTube channel for the purpose of illustrating the activities at King's Church Las Vegas. Any pictures and/or videos posted to our social media, website or YouTube channel are considered to be the property of King's Church Las Vegas and may not be sold or reused without the express consent of King's Church Las Vegas. Parents who have special concerns or requirements regarding photography of their child(ren) agree to submit a "do not photograph" form to the King's Church's administration office in advance of this event.
